The outstanding achievements of CERONAV and its current position as leading training centre in Eastern Europe reside from : - the expertise, firm commitment to competence and extraordinary dedication of our professionals. constant feedback from attendance to international conferences and seminars. To this effect CERONAV is an associate member of Nautical Institute (MNI and CNI), IASST, IAPH, IMLA, BIMCO, etc. - the best teaching methods and practices, in line with latest technologies and developments in the industry - the extensive training facilities, including state-of-art labs and simulators, fire fighting, life saving and survival training infrastructure the excellent quality management system CERONAV being certified according to Bureau Veritas Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 Ceronav is currently involved with various distinguished partners in three major international projects : PLATINA, EWITA, NELI – in which Ceronav is lead partner

Ceronav Romanian Maritime Centre
The Romanian Maritime Training Centre ( CERONAV ) is a public institution under the subordination of the Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure, designated as the national body for the training of maritime , river and port personnel. CERONAV currently organizes about 2, 000 training, specialization and qualification classes in 80 different specialties, for approximately 32, 000 trainees per year.

Over 90% of our graduates are employed by international shipping companies certifying the high level of training provided by CERONAV by highest applicable international standards.
